    I purchased this for my kitchen counter in a shore house, where kitchen opens into living/dining rooms. It goes nicely with my maple kitchen cabinets. I chose the black, vinyl seat, which is well padded and high quality. The joints are all neat, and the finish is smooth, semi-gloss, again, similar to cabinets. It is comfortable, light weight, so easily moved. I really like it.

    Didn't order vinyl as it sometimes gets hot and "sticky", and worried about the cloth until we had a 2 year old's mess to clean. It cleaned up very easily.
