These barstools are great! They are well built and have a solid feel and are easy to clean. We have had 3 of these barstools at our kitchen counter for the past 5 years and have not heard a creak or loose leg, etc. The stools have a comfortable wood seat and get used the most out of any other seating in our house. We chose this style because the backless design saves space in tight areas and we had many choices of height and color. We chose black and they look great. After a few years some wear shows on the edges, but it is gradual and gives a slight distressed look which we like.

Very sturdy and heavy enough to be stable but not too heavy to handle. I slide it under my kitchen bar when I want it out of the way then pull it out when I need it. The seat is wide enough to be comfortable. Has a nice expensive look. A good deal for the price.

We use these stools everyday for eating, reading the mail, visiting, etc. We absolutely love them and I would order more, if I had more room at the bar! Very sturdy and comfortable. Nice looking. Seat is big enough for even large people.
