TEMPO will replace any item due to manufacturing defects. These include defective welding and finishing, mismatched parts, out of shape parts, etc. Moving parts (swivels, casters, etc.) and fabrics are not covered by this warranty. the swivels, however, are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Returns & Exchanges

I LOVED THE FACT THAT I COULD CHOOSE THE FABRIC (CASINO) ITS THE ONLY PLACE I COULD FIND A PERFECT MATCH FOR MY DECOR, WHICH IS A MAN ROOM. THE BARSTOOLS THEMSELVES WITH THE POOL BALLS IN THE BACKS WAS OUTSTANDING. THEY ARE EXTREMELY ATTRACTIVE, STRONG AND WELL BALANCED.
